Meridian Maintenance is a family run property maintenance company based in Tunbridge Wells and run by Charlie. We look after the outside of homes right across Kent: driveways, patios and decking, gutters and roofs, paintwork, brickwork, block paving, fences and gardens.

What we do
From a quick gutter clear to a driveway that is cleaned, re-sanded and sealed, we look after the outside of your home so you do not have to juggle several tradespeople.
Driveways, patios, paths and decking pressure washed to lift dirt, moss, algae and weeds, so the surface looks cared for again.
Gutters cleared of leaves, moss and silt with a gutter vacuum from the ground, so rainwater runs away instead of over the edge.
Moss and debris cleared from roofs, valleys and gutters, plus roof and gutter repairs to keep the weather out.
Walls, woodwork, fascias and fences painted after proper preparation, with weather resistant finishes suited to each surface.
Crumbling and missing mortar raked out and replaced with fresh joints, so walls stay weathertight and look sharp again.
Block paving re-sanded with fresh kiln dried sand and sealed, to lock the joints and help keep weeds and stains at bay.
Fence panels and gates repaired or replaced, hedges cut, lawns mown, gardens cleared and weeds treated.
